Student satisfaction lies at the core of our education, and we ensure that in every possible way. At Nyra Fashion Design Academy, even our cancellation and refund policy towards our training & services are very transparent and different for each service we offer.
Cancellation Procedure?
- Please send us your cancellation request by email or fax only.
- It will be collected by our accounts and billing department.
- You will receive a confirmation reply from us. Until then, the request will remain invalid.
- The email we send in response will be considered proof of canceling the service.
Note: Student must place their cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order. Nyra Fashion Design Academy will only accept it when the project or classes has yet to be started.
Our Refund Policy For Fashion Designing Services:
We are professionals known for keeping things very straight. We promise what we can do. We aim to offer you the best training and service. There is no refund for canceling short team courses and other services.
Let us inform you that fashion trends keep updating from time to time. No professional fashion company has any control over those changes. So, we cannot guarantee our students any specific result and their refund claims regarding the same.
But Nyra Fashion Design Academy assures you to keep up to date with fashion trends designs and other concepts according to the latest fashion market through updated techniques and trends. We know the fashion world tricks and will offer you a noticeable performance of your brand.
We make sure that you get more profitability and efficiency by doing our courses for our business.
No Refund On Paid Money:
- The academy is not liable to make any refunds on the paid amount.
- For any other miscellaneous charges, we are not responsible for refunding, especially for what causes loss to the academy.
- There is no refund or money-back guarantee for the services that have already been delivered.
- Students cannot claim the same for any of the transaction charges.
We, however, release the next month’s payments after a thorough review of our performance in the current month. Nyra Fashion Design Academy does not offer vague guarantees for any service, including short term course’s, long term course’s and others. We would strictly not take any responsibility for any third-party service in case any problem arises.
Refunds: E-Learning Courses:
E-learning courses are completely non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances.
Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training/1-On-1 Learning
Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training/1-On-1 Learning are only canceled & refundable 100% (with excluded payment gateway charges & GST) if the refund is raised 5 days before the commencement of training/classes.
After training/classes commencement, You will be eligible only to extend the training/class date ahead. Once our training courses commence, we won’t be able to refund any amount.
If In case Nyra Fashion Design Academy cancels an event, a 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
